Vehicle information
Vehicle specifications, mileage, grades and pricing are indicative and subject to change based on auction outcomes, currency fluctuation and shipping conditions.
Reservations & payments
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Full payment terms are provided in your individual quotation. Deposits are typically non-refundable once a vehicle is secured at auction.
Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are based on carrier schedules and customs clearance. CAR JAPAN is not liable for delays outside our control.
Warranties
Vehicles are sold as inspected. Auction sheets, JEVIC certificates and inspection reports are provided for full transparency.
Limitation of liability
CAR JAPAN's liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
